The Hangar at Regatta Harbor is a beautiful ocean view venue where we will have indoor and outdoor spaces. There is parking in the garage next to the venue. We highly recommend rideshare apps like Uber, Lyft, and Freebee to get to and from Amigos Night, not only to enjoy our open bar by Bacardi, but also to not fret parking.
All guests must be pre-registered through our portal with first and last name and one piece of contact information (email or phone) to ensure seamless entry to the event. Tickets are issued once these field restrictions have been met. Please have your QR code ready for scanning at the entrance. Guests who do not have this information pre-registered will have to wait in line to speak with a registration attendant. Registration opens 30 minutes prior to the start time listed, 8:00 PM.

Michelle “Mish” Pelaez is a dedicated native of Miami and a dynamic leader in the legal field. At Mark Migdal & Hayden, which has offices in both Miami and Los Angeles, she is at the helm of the firm’s management. Her responsibilities range from financial operations to liaising with external law firms and vendors, all while fostering a supportive environment for a team of seventeen attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Mish also serves as a public member of the Florida Bar Citizens Advisory Committee and Advertising Committee.
A devoted mother of three, she actively instills in her children the importance of community involvement, love, tradition, and family.
In addition to her professional and personal commitments, Mish is deeply involved in community service. She sits on the Junior Orange Bowl Committee and serves as Chair of the Youth Ambassadors Committee, demonstrating her commitment to youth mentorship and development. A proud alumna of the University of Miami, Mish combines her passion for her alma mater with her love for her city. Mish has a passion for cooking, known especially for her arroz con pollo. Her multifaceted experience and dedication make her a respected and influential figure both in her profession and her community.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for philanthropy, Nicole ensures that every element of Amigos Night resonates with purpose. Her leadership sets the tone for a night where generosity, unity, and compassion take center stage, paving the way for a brighter future through Amigos For Kids.
Nicole Valls, VP of Operations for Valls Group Inc. joined Amigos For Kids nearly two decades ago, first as host committee chair for the organization’s Miami Celebrity Domino Night fundraiser and in 2009 as a board member.
She proudly served as the board of directors’ vice chair from 2013 to 2016 and went on to become board chair from 2017 to 2020. She currently serves as the board’s immediate past chair and the chair of the organization’s events committee.
Nicole is a true champion for children and families and has been an invaluable partner in the fight against child abuse. Amigos is infinitely grateful for her leadership and for her tireless dedication and commitment to our mission.
